Lingering Confusion
Where should
I start now? What should I actually do? What is your plan B? Can I fulfill my parent’s aspirations? Have I done enough
to get into some employment opportunities? These sorts of queries start breaking
the lenses of your beautiful memories. Once you get into the open world of
various intellectual ground, the state of dilemma becomes even more. Days,
weeks and months pass by hastily, but it is hard to get woken up to face the
world of antagonism. Waiting for a miracle to happen has merely become
obsolete. It no longer works in this twenty first century. Unless you have the
true ability to break through the walls of challenges by means of your inner
wisdom and intellectual, there is no world of free giving. World itself has
become so complicated. But this complication boils down to your own survival.
How are you going to survive? Do you want to be a plentiful person, or you want
to live a life of a person who deserves sympathy? All in all, life becomes full
of issues that need to be tackled. These issues cannot be tackled by anybody
else but you. “Sethpa lha ghi seh ru; mapa rang ghi sehgo”; a Dzongkha dictum
that has the true denotation of one who ought to be able to stand on his/her
own feet.
Emotions
start ruling your physical and psychological well-being, when you are in the
state of dilemma in each passing day. It is absolutely hard to find means to
overcome these emotions when it is deeply rooted inside. A moment of happiness,
sadness, angry, agony and premonition divide the empty days. When the night
falls, there is nothing much to revere or to cherish but the sense of fear that
you may fail to survive. This cycle of life of a graduate continues days in
nights out. Nothing bothers you other than the fear of failure because you have
never failed. But preparing to accept the failure is the hardest part in life
and needs extensive level of courage and self-trust. Your body becomes a black
box. Nobody sees your tears, sweats and
complications but yourself when you put your feet up in worn-out state.
Friends are
meant to be there indeed, but they fail to be. They never turned back whatsoever because they found their way. The karmic force no longer holds the answer.
It is truly a weapon that can conceal the scars of those unfortunates who needs contentment while in agonies. You
see people filled with prosperity, celebrations and enjoyments until the sun
sets beyond the horizon. But there are people who imagine that if there is a time
life ends tomorrow so that you no longer have to hold onto those issues.
However, there are lesson that needs to be learnt from every individual that
you meet in your life. Remember that you are all alone once you are graduated
from the college.
So, if you
think more, there are even more to think. If you want to do things right away,
there are no platforms. As a graduate, life becomes bumpy. You never know what
you are going to do. As you go on thinking empty days increases. These empty
days are going to continue until there is a time god hears your final plea. Friends may get changed as season does but
these words of sorrow of a fresh careworn graduate will remain for eternity.
